This can both ease the burden of tenants and offer more affordable prices for those who are considering buying a house.”
Mentioning the contribution of new housing projects to economic growth, Ercan Polat said, “Newly built houses can activate many sectors, from material producers to subcontractors. It can also help maintain the general economic balance by increasing employment opportunities and reviving the economy.”
